Sensory Summertime Outdoor Play List
Summertime is a great time to get outdoors and enjoy some sensory playtime and activities. The following idea play list will help expose your child to a variety of sensory experiences, promote vestibular stimulation, proprioceptive and kinetic movement, self awareness, interaction and participation, focus, attention, and well, just all the wonderful things that nature can bring to a child’s overall development!
Take your list and have some great sensory summertime fun!
Work within your child’s tolerance level - maybe just one thing today, another tomorrow. Spend 5-minutes or a half-an-hour! It is all a learning and growing experience, and fun too!
